Private classes ~

No matter what your art experience, each person will be taken from where they are forward.  First class - will be an exercise learning how to mix colors, make things have shape, going over composition, perspective, etc.  helping us be prepared for future paintings which you get to chose content. Private lessons can be in your home or in my studio. Private classes are available.

Group classes ~  

Again, all students have an initial exercise which helps me determine where they need to start with lessons then moving forward.  It doesn't matter what your art experience anyone can learn to paint with instruction.  One of the goals of painting class is to help you begin you see your world in a whole new light.  Colors will begin to take on such intensity that you'll begin to see colors that you didn't even know were there in you environment.  Each student will begin to find their own artistic expression in which ever medium they chose.

Schedules ~

MAXIMUM of 8 students; MINIMUM of 4 students; Classes run each month; must register each month; courses # change each mth;classes are the last 4 weeks out of 5 (unless National Holiday).

• Painting Landscapes in Oil or Acrylic

• Express Yourself Through Painting
  Ages 17+ Course #42719: W, Aug 6-27 11:30-1 pm. Bring joy to your life with this oil or acrylic painting class. Whether you're a beginner or have been painting for a long time, come join us as we learn mixing techniques for vibrant color expression as well as how to better handle a brush and palette knife. You'll be surprised at what you can create.

• Adaptive Drawing & Painting with Acrylics Workshop
  Ages 16+; Course #42727 Sa July 19 1-3:30 pm; Course #42726 Sa Aug 16 1-3:30 pm. Come and have fun learning to draw and paint with acrylics in this new class designed especially for participants with physical and /or developmental disabilities and their caregivers.
